One of the best ways to stay motivated and feel supported in your fitness journey is to join a challenge group. I run several options throughout the year, and would be happy to work with you if you're interested.

Options for challenges are as follows:
  • 3 Day Refresh
  • 5 Day clean eating
  • 7 day Shakeology Sample
  • 21 Day Fix
  • 30 Day Accountability
You may be thinking right now about how could this possibly be different from other things you've tried. You may have struggled in the past with sticking to a workout or nutrition plan by trying it alone. You may have also tried nutrition plans offered in other group settings but were confused or frustrated with tracking and restrictions.

With my challenge groups I utilize the Team Beachbody Challenge Tracker app (free download!) as well as Facebook groups (closed/private) filled with people who are in a similar situation to you. Also with this system you get to do everything from the comfort of your own home! When you feel like skipping a workout - there are people there to support you to keep you going. When you have a cheat meal - there are people there to support you getting back on track. You will not be alone!

Here are the requirements:
  1. Workout with one of the many Beachbody programs
    • I'll help you find the one that is best for you & your goals!
  2. Drink Shakeology
  3. Participate daily in the Challenge Group for accountability and motivation!
  4. Succeed!
